Campus Apartments West is a 21 unit student apartment community located directly across from the main entrance to WCU’s campus in Cullowhee. Monthly rent includes ALL UTILITIES with NO usage or overage charges. Apartments come unfurnished.

All of the apartments at West are 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartments that are cat friendly. Apartments 1-13 are located in the Courtyard and Apartments 14-21 are located on the lower Creekside portion of the property.
